Hello, and a very warm welcome.

​You may have found yourself here for a number of reasons.  Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed, or that you are struggling with some of the stresses and strains in your life.  You may feel as though you keep repeating the same, unhelpful patterns which are having a negative impact on your life.  You may identify with a particular mental health diagnosis which you feel you need some help to better understand and cope with.  Or maybe there are some things in your life, past or present, that you just need some time and space to explore and make sense of.

​Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I can offer a safe and non-judgemental space to help you with the difficulties you're experiencing. I adopt a sensitive and empathic approach to my work, and I place great importance on building an understanding and supportive relationship with you.  Each person that decides to go to therapy does so with their own unique story, preferences, hopes and fears. I believe that psychological therapy should be equally as personal and individual, and I draw on a range of psychological therapies in order to do this.  

I am based in Glasgow, and I have appointments available in a comfortable therapy room in Bearsden.  I can offer appointments to those who live locally, as well as to those who wish to travel from other geographical areas.  I can also offer online appointments to those living across the UK.  To help you consider whether I might be a good fit for you, I offer a free, no-obligation, 15 minute consultation by telephone or video call.
